Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

solisjewelrydesign.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and P.O. Box addresses:

We able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO Priority Mail. Postal regulations regarding size, weight and other restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain items to these types of addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking number numbers for shipments to APO/FPO and U.S, Government requires that we sent all shipments to APO/FPO addresses United Postal Service.

If you are placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address during checkout, please remember make note.

The country must be “United States”

The City must be entered as either “APO’ or ‘FPO’

The State must be selected as either “AA’ ‘AE’ OR ‘AP”

You must enter your Zip Code.

Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

solisjewelrydesign.com shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply. The military delivers the packages with typically takes 10 -15 days. Delivery may take longer than 21days depending on military mail handling procedures. Solisjewelrydesign.com is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to U.S. military mail hub.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Solisjewelrydesign.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or Shipping to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and P.O. Box addresses:

Damages

Solisjewelrydesign.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
