International Order (Overseas Orders)

We ship to a Limited number of international countries around the globe. Any overseas order payment must be done via a Wire Transfer. We will contact the customer via e-mail and sent Routing and Bank Account within 48 hours, or we will cancel the order. Shipping Price and other fee are solely the responsibility the customer.

Do not include Duties and Taxes Custom Fee. We don’t collect any duties or taxes that imposed by country your order are shipping to, the recipient will be responsible for them. Please check with your local customs office to find out what the charges will be. Some countries may also charge and additional handling fee for delivery. All delivery times vary by Country, and All Shipping Charge will be Pre-Paid.

Repairs & Resize

We can make most repairs to the jewelry purchased from Solis Jewelry & Design. There is a charge for shipping the repaired item to you. Also, for resizing any jewelry, there will be an additional cost. This is non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled. For further repair and resizing information, please contact our Customer Service Department at (866) 730-4588

Order Cancellation

Solisjewelrydesign.com generally ships all items within 1-2 business days so if you wish to cancel an order please call Customer Service at the toll free number noted above as soon as possible. Please Note: If an order has already been processed or shipped we are unable to stop the order. You will be responsible for returning the item to us.

Returns Policy (Guarantee)

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that merchandise back within 15 days of the invoice date for a full product refund.

We Required: With our 15-day "No Hassle" policy, we will gladly refund your purchase price, minus any shipping charges. Items must be returned in mint condition, and in their original packaging. PLEASE INSURE ANY RETURN FOR THE PRICE PAID AND MAINTAIN ALL TRACKING INFORMATION. Due to their personal nature, any engraved items are not refundable.

Instructions for returns:

Meet all the requirements for the return.

Call our Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

Pack the item you are trying to return the same way it was packaged when you received it.

For the shipping label, use our address on the invoice, or call our Customer Support. Please address it to the “Returns Department” and include the RMA number on the shipping label.

Items can be shipped by any carrier, but a tracking number and signature on delivery is required.

Insure the package that you're returning. We are not responsible for shipping damage.

Return Process:

Once we receive the returned item (s) and accept them according to the RMA number, the items will be forwarded to inspection where the items will be checked for scratches, marks, security tags, and paperwork. If everything is in order, the return payment or exchange will be processed in the next few days. We will not accept items that are uninsured, require no signature or are packaged improperly.

We are not responsible for the merchandise that is not received by us or doesn't meet the return requirements.

If you are located in the U.S., return product to our U.S. address using UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal service's Priority Mail or Express Mail.

• Insurance is only $2.00 for up to first $100.00 of purchase and $3.50 for every $100.00.
• Insurance is mandatory on all purchases.

Free Shipping first class insured in all orders of $75.00 and Up in the continental US. Packages arrive within 5-10 Business days and we item will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers. The carrier used depends on your order value and destination.

Shipping offer valid on orders over $100 and under 50 lbs. that qualify for and ship via Ground Shipping within the contiguous lower 48 States (AK, HI, PR and International orders are excluded). Offer valid for a limited time only. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts

If is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery. We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS our Shipping. Shipping to APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and P.O. Box addresses:

We able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO Priority Mail. Postal regulations regarding size, weight and other restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain items to theses types of addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking number numbers for shipments to APO/FPO and U.S, Government requires that we sent all shipments to APO/FPO addresses United Postal Service.

If you’re placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address during checkout, please remember make note.

The City must be entered as either “APO’ or ‘FPO’

The State must be selected as either “AA’ ‘AE’ OR ‘AP”
